Who can use Invktus

• Athletes must be 13 or older. Athletes under 18 need a parent or guardian to confirm their account, and the parent is responsible for how it’s used.
• Tell the truth about who you are: your name, age, role and where you play. Coaches and trainers must pass our checks before they can reach athletes.
• Keep your password private. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.

What Invktus is, and isn’t

• Invktus connects athletes, families, trainers, coaches and businesses. We don’t coach, train, recruit or employ anyone, and trainers and coaches aren’t our staff.
• We don’t promise recruiting interest, offers, scholarships, roster spots or NIL deals.
• Invktus isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, NFHS, CHSAA or Hudl.

Rules everyone follows

• Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, or anything that puts a minor at risk.
• Don’t share or ask for contact details with athletes under 18, and don’t move conversations with them off Invktus.
• Coaches follow their association’s recruiting and contact rules. Athletes at four-year colleges who aren’t in the transfer portal can’t contact other schools’ coaches here, and those coaches can’t contact them.
• Don’t post false numbers or film that isn’t yours. Trainers verify only what they actually saw.
• No spam, scraping, or trying to get around Invktus’s safety controls.
• We can remove content and limit or close accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own what you post. You let Invktus store and show it to the people your settings allow, so Invktus can work. Film stays on Hudl, YouTube or Vimeo; Invktus only links to it.

Payments, plans and refunds

• Every price and fee is shown before you pay. Stripe processes payments.
• Plans renew each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time, and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• Trainer sessions and paid events canceled 24 hours or more ahead are refunded in full, fees included. Refunds take 5–10 business days to reach your card.
• We give at least 30 days’ notice before a price goes up, and current plans keep their price for 12 months.

Trainers

Trainers are independent businesses. They’re responsible for their sessions, their safety practices, any licenses or insurance they need, and their taxes. Booking fees and plan prices are on the Pricing page.

NIL deals

NIL deals on Invktus are for athletes 18 and older, must follow the athlete’s state and school rules, and can’t use school names, logos or uniforms. Invktus holds the payment until the work is done. Athletes are responsible for reporting deals to their school and for their taxes. Nothing on Invktus is legal or tax advice.

Sponsored spots

Some pages show a spot labeled Sponsored, paid for by a local business. Sponsors don’t get your data, and paying never changes rankings or search.

Health and safety

Training and testing carry a risk of injury. Check with a doctor before starting a program or testing day. Testing results are from one day and can vary.

Our responsibility

Invktus is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate, safe and available, but we can’t promise it will always be. To the extent the law allows, [company legal name] isn’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid Invktus in the 12 months before it, or $100 if that’s more.

Ending your account

You can delete your account any time from Your data. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Disputes

These terms follow Colorado law. If something goes wrong, contact us first and we’ll try to fix it. If we can’t, disputes go to the state or federal courts in Denver, Colorado.

Changes

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date above and ask you to agree again the next time you sign in. Big changes get at least 30 days’ notice.
